Incoming heifers maintain farm identification tags along with an additional tamper-proof unique ID tag for the program.	138 heifers were delivered for the 2001 program.	Winter feed consisted of a TMR with silage, SBM, HMSC, minerals and hay. Here hay is unrolled for supplemental roughage and outside bedding. The heifers prefer to remain outside.

Purebred Limousin heifer offered for sale at the 2001 NYBPA Bull Test and Heifer Sale.	Return to Livestock Corner Page	Rolling out bedding/roughage hay by hand. Heifers were delivered in early December 2000 and majority will remain for breeding and pregnancy checking till August 2001.
